How it works
01
A short conversation about your team, your tools and your biggest time sinks, so we start with the tasks worth fixing first.
02
Live and hands-on, 90 minutes or a half day. Each person works on their own real tasks.
03
You leave with a one-page AI use policy and a shared prompt library built in the session.
04
A check-in to see what stuck, fix what did not, and answer new questions.

The tool is not the gap. The gap is knowing which tasks to hand it and what the team may enter. We train on the tools you already have.
Many do, and 57% of owners say that is how they learn. Videos teach features. We work on your team's own tasks, then follow up for 30 days so the habit holds.
The goal is to take repetitive work off people, not to remove people. We cover what AI should and should not do in your workflows.
We set the rules for what goes into AI tools before anyone practices. This is education and workflow training, not legal or compliance advice.
AI Literacy Lab is an education practice of Clinefficiency Pro LLC, led by Augusta Uwah, MD, MPH, a board-certified internist and CPPD (Continuing Professional Development)-accredited AI consultant. It delivers hands-on AI literacy workshops for nonprofits, community organizations, healthcare teams, and corporate workforces, plus self-serve tools and free learning resources.
Sessions are built for four audiences: job seekers and administrative professionals, corporate teams and HR or workforce development groups, nonprofits and community organizations such as libraries and community centers, and medical practices and clinical staff.
Formats range from a 45–60 minute hands-on session to a 60–90 minute clinical session, a 60 minute nonprofit lunch-and-learn, or a 90 minute to half-day workforce workshop. Content is tailored to your team's experience level.
No. Every session is jargon-free and starts from what AI can and cannot do, then moves into practical examples participants can use the same day. Beginners and mixed-experience teams are the norm.
Use the request form on this page. Share your organization, audience size, preferred workshop, and format, and Augusta follows up by email to confirm details. Requests can also go directly to augusta@clinefficiency.pro.
